Most definitely recommend Sergio 100%. He walked with me through the process of evicting bad tenants, to prepping the home for sale, and finally getting it sold few days after putting it for sale. He made the process so easy and communicated through the entire negotiating process. What’s even better is we got more than asking price. He was great!
